iPhone 4S got wet - working fine save for LED light

I had an issue with my iPhone 4S. I accidentally dropped it in my toilet. It was there for no more than 1 second. I took it and turned it off (it was still working when I took it off).

But after a few minutes the phone turned itself on twice and LED light from rear camera was on, first it was constantly on then started blinking.

I turned the phone off again and LED shut off. Put the phone in a bag and covered with uncooked rice to remove moisture for almost a day.

The phone is fully functional, but the LED light is not working at all. Is there anything I could do?
