My App Store is not loading correctly, How do u reboot iPad?

Hold the Sleep and Home button down (approximately 10 seconds) until you see the Apple logo.

Note: Data will not be affected.

Close all inactive apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.

Also try simple restart, holding power button down(ontop of iphone)
