ATT iPhone on Net10 network settings

I recently swithched from ATT to Net 10. I am using an iPhone 4s that is not under contract with ATT. I don't see the options necessary to set up my apn in the cellular area of settings.I thought when ATT (supposedly) unlocked this option would magically appear. I have backed up and restored my iphone with itunes after the unlock. Any help to get this option in the cellular area would be very helpful! Thanks

Is there a sim in the iPhone?

Did you receive the 'Congratulations, your iPhone has been unlocked' message?

What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?

I currently have a Net10 sim card. I did get the "congratulations" screen after restoring my iPhone. In my "about" information "AT&T 14.0" is listed as my carrier. That seems a little curious to me since I am no longer paying ATT bills and my service is now through Net 10. Thanks for replying. Any ideas are GREATLY appreciated.

It would seem that your iPhone is still locked to AT&T. Run the restore again.

If you get the congratulations message and it still shows AT&T 14.0, you will

need to contact AT&T as the unlock is not complete/was not successful.

Was this iPhone jailbroken or modified to work with a carrier other than AT&T

before the official unlock was attempted?
