My Iphone 4s wont charge from both my wall chargers, when I plug it into my computer, or from my ihome. When is wasnt dead like it is now it had trouble recognizinging the charger. Then later towards like 10% battery it recognized the device but besides it charging it has the symbol at the top right as if it were fully charged and it wasnt. Any help please?

it's extremely likely that there's a hardware issue with your charging port. when you're trying to plug it in in all these places, are you using the same cord or different ones? otherwise it's impossible to tell if the issue is the cord or the phone
i have two different cords and two different wall adapters, i have tried all of them into the laptop and wall. I have also tried my ihome and still wont charge
then yes, you've got an issue with your charging port and the device needs to be repaired or replaced
