When will appear ios 7 beta for ipad?

We're almost all just users here. I beleive Apple said "later".

iOS 7 beta and the SDK have already been released to developers. https://developer.apple.com/ios7/

It will be released to the public this fall.

As with iOS 6, the original iPad will not be supported.
