So my Iphone was dropped in water. A day later, it only comes on when plugged in to a charger (not so much a computer but juts wall charger). anyways, when it does come on it says to connect to Itunes, yet, it wont connect to the computer!? HELP!!!!

So my Iphone was dropped in water. A day later, it only comes on when plugged in to a charger (not so much a computer but juts wall charger). anyways, when it does come on it says to connect to Itunes, yet, it wont connect to the computer!? HELP!!!!

A day later, it only comes on when plugged in to a charger (not so much a computer but juts wall charger). anyways, when it does come on it says to connect to Itunes, yet, it wont connect to the computer!? HELP!!!! It wont stay on long enough to connect to itunes, is this more than a reset issue, is the battery completly warped?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.4

Call Apple. Your going to have to repair the iphone. Hopefully you have Apple Care Plus, otherwise the damage will not be covered. It sounds like a battery issue but you iphone is in recovery mode.

Why on Earth would you try and turn it on so soon after dropping it in water??? Doing so will most certainly aid in frying it.

Turn it off and put it in a bag of rice for a week, then try it again.
