Can any iphone expert help me with a problem .I bought an Iphone 4s and i realize that when someone calls me the iphone shows me only the caller number and not its name or photo(I asigned some photos to certain contacts). As i said im using an iphone 4S with 6.1.3 iphone operating sistem.

Do you have the area code saved with the contacts? since the number is showing it is not an issue with the caller id itself. If the number does not match exactly it will not associate the call with the contact.

Try these steps as needed:
1. Reset phone (no data loss): press both home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears
2. Settings > General > Inernatational > Region Formal > your current location
3. Restore phone.
