this is because the original 5w charger is damm rubbish, everytime charging it also will stop for few min to cool down charger and recharge back for few times due to overheat problem. why the apple inc dun directly change a 12w charger in fact of the 5w charger got problem?

If you are charging an iPad, you should be using the Apple iPad 10w charger....
If you are using a 5w, then you are using the iPhone charger, which would, of course not work efficiently with a device that requires a 10w charger....

because there dun have ipad mini so i choose ipad. that's why the apple directly change the adapter is such a way many people complaint the charger problem and the price for 12w and 5w charger is the same price.
I have no idea what you are referring to. If you have a new iPad, then it uses a 12w adaptor. If you have an iPad 3rd gen earlier, it uses a 10w adaptor. iPad Mini uses a 5w adaptor as do iPhones.
The cost of the adaptor is irrelevant. The devices dictate what wattage adaptor you need to charge them. From Apple:
iPad models come with one of two different adapters. iPad (third generation) and earlier comes with a 10W adapter while iPad (4th generation) comes with a 12W adapter. iPad mini comes with a 5W adapter.

because the original 5w cannot full charge the ipad mini, almost everytime it will stop when overheat and recharge back after the charger cold down, so i ask whether the 12w charger will got overheat problem or cause the ipad mini battery failure after charging
You should be able to use a 12w charger with the iPad Mini, just like you can use the original iPad 10w charger to charge an iPhone. However, if the charger you got with your iPad Mini is defective, make an appointment with the Apple Store and take it in to have them look at it, and exchange it for you if it is, in fact, defective.

i see got a lot of people here also facing the same problem and they send for apple store also not allow to change the adapter because the adapter is well function in air condition evironment but just got problem if charging at room temperature
You can use any of the Apple USB chargers. The one that was bundled with the iPad Mini is identical to the one bundled with the iPhone. If you connect to the one bundled with the full-sized iPad, the Mini will only take the energy it needs. Charger compatibility is an engineered feature. No Harm will come to the iPad Mini.
What can I tell you? Use your 12w adaptor to charge the Mini. If it were me, I would get the problem resolved, because there is a problem of some sort. I would take it into the Apple Store, and have them look at it. How do you know that it is related to room temperature if you don't at least try?

a lot of people have a try already,but all get back the same answer, they reply says no problem with the charger and the device. that's why now i still deciding whether to buy the 12w charger
Well, we can't tell you here what you should do. You know what your options are, and I have provided my opinion. But in the end, the 12w will work, and if you want to take the word of others without finding out about your device and your issue, so be it.
