my iphone 4s was dropped in water, I followed instructions to save it using the rice; it almost worked, the only problem it has is the screen (it doesn't work) but the touch screen works. what can I do?

Your iPhone has most likely suffered hardware damage in which case you'll need to take or send it to Apple.

The clock is ticking before your iPhone is nothing more than a paperweight. If you can perform a backup, you should do so right away. You will end up replacing the iPhone so you may want to take steps at saving valuable pictures, video and data.
Hey! I just read something about it on a post by iPhone 4S Stuck at boot showing [NAND] ? at the end of the second page..... It is a lot of work by it depends on you if you want to try.... at the end if not working as varjak paw quoted you may have to replace it...... but don't give up!!!!
Hey, thank you for your advise, the sceen is now working, I tried various options and as the touch screen was working I tried to unlock the phone blindly , and immediatly the screen was clear. I don't know if it will keep clear, but atleat it is working
