i cant change the lock rotation or find it. i have no air drop but i keep seeing a message for it. i am missing the control center or the finger print scanner, isnt it supposed to be on 5's and up? not really liking the new ios 7 right now

Not all features are on all iOS devices. The fingerprint is iPhone 5S only. No Compass except for phone or iPod with cellular radio. I have not yet to find a listing of what iOS 7 feature apply to different devices. There was an Apple listing for iOS 6 features.
Iphone 5s seems to be missing screen capture. The usual method used on earlier models and iPads does not work. Anyone know how to take a screen capture on an iPhone 5s other than to use another camera?

Actually it is working, it is just a lot more timing and touch sensitive than my iPad. It seems to require a firmer press on the home key and a quick press and release of the sleep key.
