I had no cellular data for three days after updating to 7.0.2 but the next day it was all good again. I tried everything in those 3 days:

Off then on

Reinstalled iOS from recovery mode

Did a network reset

None of these things seemed to work. Then all of a sudden the next morning it just started working again.

I'm not 100% certain what it is but have a suspicion that it might be at the network end like they need to re recognize your account or sim or something.

GOT MINE FIXED -

The 7.0.3 update reported my iPhone as LOST or STOLEN to Verizon.

They suspended my iPhone service immediately (as I would expect them to) and THAT is why I couldn't get on.

Called Verizon wireless - they restored me in 30 seconds - EVERYTHING WORKS AGAIN.

They said "we've been doing this ALL MORNING."

Hope this works for others, too!

You blow bright orange chunks, Microsoft, er, I mean, Apple.

I have the same problem and have taken it to an apple repair centre. They opened it up, checked the aerial, put a sim in from an IPad with the earlier ISO and it showed bad reception (one bar) then I put my sim in the iPad with the earlier ISO and there were near full bars. Defiantly a problem with the ISO. PLEASE FIX THIS APPLE OR I GIVE UP AND WILL BUY A SAMSUNG! Is this the punishment I get from staying up to date with my updates? No pun intended. Marty.

Ok so Apple is continuing to pretend there is no issue with IOS7. I have two IPAD's, 3 IPhone 4's and a IPhone 5 and all are experiencing significant issues since installing IOS7. My wife's IPAD will connect and disconnect from ANY Wi Fi she connects to. All of these used Wi Fi connections were strong and solid prior to IOS7. Both her IPAD and my daughters Iphone 4s are unable to get more than three bars of Cell service (AT&T) in the same area where they used to get 5 bars and my daughter in law still on IOS6 is getting 5 bars.

In some cases they get the searching or no service in the sane spots where they once got 4 to 5 bars. My Son and Daughters IPhone 4's have seen significant battery drain, everything is setup with same settings as prior IOS7. In all cases we have reset networking, soft reset the systems and even di a factory restore. All with the same results. Unfortunitly Apple has made it all but impossible to go back to a working version and there is no response from Apple regarding a solution for the numerous issues introduced.

This is how I fixed my connectivity issue. I'm not sure what wi-fi networking is for but prior to turning it off I had terrible connectivity issues. I turned it and LTE off (not switching well between LTE and 3 G). turning off this Settings | Privacy | Location Services | System Services |and turn off Wi-Fi Networking. Solid 3G throughout most areas I travel. Towers are being updated throughout my home network and areas I work. My carrier is Sprint but this may work with other carriers.
