I dowloaded ios7 on my iPhone 4s, but there is no iTunes radio button in my music or anywhre else, what do I do?

If you are a US customer try forcing all applications to close and power cycle the device.

If the issue persists, try signing our of the iTunes & App Store on the device and signing back in.
