Google Apps mail and Exchange on iOs7

I have a free Google Apps hosted email solution for our company domain and fortunately, still am able to setup my work ID's on exchange.

However since last few days, the mail app has started crashing occassionally. It starts with Emails ( only related to the G.Apps exchange mails) not loading at all and then the mail app on iphone5 on iOs7 shuts down automatically. Any attempt to open the mail app fails with the app shutting down. The only option is to shut down the phone and restart after a minute or two, which seems to solve the problem.

I sent my diagnostic reports to Apple Online care, which came back saying that all is fine. However my Diagnostic and usage data shows a lot of details related to Mobilemail. The " lateshCrash.plist" is somewhat as below ( couldn't copy the full details). Lots of other Stacks-Date of crash.plist related to mobilemail crash.

My Gmail mail a/c is also set over exchange and when the Google apps mails fail to load, gmail a/c mails or outlook.com mails have no issue. I have even deleted the Google apps mail a/c and re-installed it, but the app did crash again.

Anyone facing the same issues?

On ios6, this never happened.
