Ok since I updated to iOS7, Siri is a mess!

Ok, before iOS7, Siri worked most of the time. NOW she RARELY works. I talk and text, nope not any more... all I get is a swirling circle. Then If I say, call wife, she goes, "I am sorry, I can not do that at this time. Please check back with me later" What is she on, a coffee break? I say, set up an alarm, OK and then never does it.

I thought this was supposed to make it better? This is a brand new iPhone 5, I have all the bar coverage, this is not during a weak area, and I also have wifi... so, I mean come on... and what happened to her voice? She sounds like she is drunk. Man did this update screw things up big time. Android is looking better every day.
