My iOS 7 beta expired on my iPhone 4s and now im locked out. What now?

I downloaded the iOS 7 beta back in June of 2013 and now it has expired on my phone. I have tried many things to get it back to functioning, but it keeps giving me the activation error message. What now?

Restore using DFU mode. Use Google to find instructions.
