does iPod touch 4th gen. have update with iOS 7?

does iPod touch 4th gen. (old one like i bought mine in 2010 or 2011) have update with iOS 7? or is there any way to change from iOS 6 to iOS 7?

or is it just iOS 6 only for iPod touch 4th generation.

6.1.3 is the highest possible for the 4th generation.

Thanks guys! I just realise that 4th gen. is no longer available for iOS 7... I did notice it's only to iOs 6. But it's all good. my iPod touch 4th gen will no longer change new one (eventhough the device is so slow LOL), even the old iPod touch 2nd generation is only iOS 4 or below... I forgot!

and I like iOS 7 too on my iPhone 4S.
