i ask this question because the apple website states the iPad air wifi is 1 pound (469 g)

the website also states the iPad air wifi + 4g is 1.05 pounds (478 g)

when I was back at school 1 pound was approx 454 g, (i appreciate it's not a tremendous difference) but which apple statement is correct ??
