Unable to Downgrade iOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3

Hi,


i have using iPhone 4. i have updated my OS to iOS 7.0.4.


i have used a procedure to downgrade my OS.

in the end i have found following error.

  • Error 3194
  • This device isn't eligible for the requested build
