My icons on my iPhone 4S are suddenly smaller - texts and typing pad are also smaller. I didn't do anything and have no explanation for this. Have searched on line for a solution and keep getting information on 'Cydia' - Please help

I don't know what Cydia is and can't find it on my phone - I would just like everything to go back to the way it was! Thanks:)
