ios 7 Voice Memos Not Playing

None of my voice memos will play. They all show up as if they are there, but the play button does nothing. I am a songwriter with several song notes in my voice memos, and it's necessary for me to get them back. I tried emailing them, too, but the email shows up without anything attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
