I wanted to download apple pages, numbers & keynote. I believe it comes free for iPad mini with retina display bought in Jan 14. But these apps ask for payment in my store and not allowing to download for free. Any help?

They should be officially free ...
You try to remove your apple ID and then reboot it ...
DO NOT REGISTER IT DURING THE BOOT UP TIME just hit skip ..
then go to store and they may appear as FREE ..
hit the free button and then register when asked ..
