Ive already turned off location servicies, background app services restored in a PC restore not thru wifi still the same.. 2 month old phone.. Not a new iPhone user.. Been a user since iphone 3g went out.. What's wrong

Problem is, im not a new iPhone user, im an IT guy for a firm that uses Quickbooks Enterprise Software..

That's nice but have you tried any of the suggestions in this thread?

The problem when I updated was the Google app was locking onto location services and not letting go. I deleted the app the drain stopped.
