How can I add another iPhone to my account?

It sounds like you are trying to use the Find My iPhone application on your iPhone. If you have multiple Apple devices using the same iCloud Apple ID, you would be able to use the Find My iPhone application to see those devices. If you have one device only, you can go to the iCloud website and sign in with your iCloud Apple ID and password to locate your device there.
