Apple watch lock even when worn

Hello,

I have this with apple watch ... after wearing it and unlocked with the code I raise my arm to see the time and I see the padlock symbol and I have to re-enter the code. Could it be a Wos7 bug that someone has already reported to Apple?

The device is updated to 7.3.3 and is paired with the 1st generation iPhone SE.

Thanks so much

N.b.

The AW in my possession was replaced by Apple after contacting them about this very problem.

Is it possible that the unit received also has this defect?

Make sure wrist detection is turned on.

From your iPhone>Watch>Passcode>Wrist Detection>Toggle this on

Also make sure your watch is worn tight enough.

If you have tattoos this may cause problems as well.

Thanks a lot for the answer... Randy-12

Pulse detection is on ...

I wear the watch with the strap found in the package (Sport Loop) holding it

neither too narrow nor too wide, somewhere in between (as Apple also suggests)

and I have no tattoos.

He also did a test by disabling pulse detection for a few days.

but nothing, once re-enabled, random asks me for the code even when it is worn.
