Bluetooth connectivity issues with iPhone 15 Pro / iOS 17.4 persist

As Apple closed the big thread (Bluetooth issues on my iPhone 15 Pro Max … - Apple Community) on the connectivity issues of iPhones on iOS17 (mainly reported by iPhone 15 users, I today escalated the problem at the Apple support.

They have tried to solve the problem twice, but nothing helped so far.

my issue shows up when using my Beats Fit Pro earphones for a longer time (e.g. in the Gym) as the connection breaks when listening to music. Symptoms are:

• one or both earphones loosing connection temporarily
• music interfered with cracking sounds

only happens with my iPhone 15 Pro, not with the 12 Pro (company phone), so has to be related to the phone, not the earbuds.

reported it already back last year, got some advice (setting up all Bluetooth devices new), Apple Store did a connectivity test. Nothing solved the issue. Was asked to wait for a software fix.

now 5 months later I’m tired of waiting and annoyed from the bug of this 1.200 € device.

let’s see what solution they will come up with now.
