From where does Apple take the contents of its Sound Library? It seems to be very different quality there, at least when it comes to the software instruments.
I have reported my observations about flaws in the Sound Library to both Feedback - GarageBand - Apple and by using Apple’s Feedback Assistant. Unfortunately no one seems to care. Are there any other ways to get response from Apple?

That's the link that I've tried. The only way to navigate to Garageband from there is to choose one of my devices and it only ends up in a phone call option (at least in Sweden, where I am located).
