Recovery Assistant with Reset Password has this error message: There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server
I forgot my password and my computer got locked. So I'm using recovery assistant but after entering my apple id and password, I got the message that there was an error connecting to the Apple ID server.
I tried my Apple ID password in another device and it works fine.
My computer is an Mac Book Pro 15" macOS 10.14.2
