Uploading mp3 file to episode in podcast connect

For the past 3 days, I try to upload the audio recording of a show into podcast connect, and it doesn’t “stick”

i go to episode, upload file. It shows 100% uploaded then disappears.

another admin got the same results on a different computer….so its not me.

submitted a support ticket but no response yet

I've had the same issue since last Thursday May9th. The FRUSTRATINGLY SLOW response from the Apple Podcast Connect support team is the worst part...

We had to resort to opening a new 'show' and feed it via RSS. I don't know what to do with all the audience we had on the original channel.
