Apple TV subscription on TV

I subscribe to Apple TV+ and am not able to watch the shows on my home TV. It says I need to purchase subscription and when I click on it it says I am already subscribed. I’ve signed out and signed back in; turned tv off/on; closed all apps on TV and reinstalled Apple TV app on the tv; tried on my phone and my iPad. Nothing is working and is stuck in a loop
