Can't watch a rented movie on any device other than my iPhone.

Says "This video is in a format that can't be streamed to this TV." Even when I tried on my Mac computer ot Samsung TV. If I access directly on the app on my computer or TV it doesn't work either. I've never had this issue before please help.

If the Apple TV app on Samsung isn’t working as it should, then consider these troubleshooting steps from Samsung Support: What to do if an app is not working on Samsung TV - Samsung Support

Cold reboot the TV,
Update the TV system software, if available,
Delete and reinstall the misbehaving app (if deletion is supported for that app),
Reset the ‘Smart Hub’ (like a factory reset for the apps part of the TV).
