iPhone 13 shows the Buddhist Calender, even though my calendar is set to Gregorian

I live in Thailand

My calendar on my iPhone 13 shows the Buddhist Calender, even though my calendar is set to Gregorian (settings/general/language & Region).

On my iPad, same settings but shows the correct Gregorian calendar date.

how can I change that on my iPhone ?
