Not able to play rented movie on sony android tv
I just rented Godzilla x kong and was trying to play it on android tv but it won’t play.

Do you get an error message? What does it say exactly?
- Try a cold restart of the TV,
- Try checking for software updates, and apply if available,
- Try deleting caches,
- Try a delete and reinstall of the Apple TV app.
If the issue persists after all that, then contact the Apple Support staff for assistance.
If no solution is found, and you do not have adequate alternative playback devices, then consider asking for a refund.
