FRUSTRATED WITH ITUNES

I have been trying to add my library to my iPhone but since Apple restricted iTunes for Windows to playing Podcasts and removing any ability to backup my iPhone it says to do it through Apple Music App on Windows, BUT the App won't recognise my iPhone and neither will iTunes, I live in Australia, I don't know if that has anything to do with it but can SOMEBODY PLEASE explain what is going on?????

Try Anytrans. I use it to manage my iPhone. There may be similar apps but I have had great success backing up, moving photos in and out and I am sure you can add music to it. I don't know why iTunes does not recognize your phone, It should. I have never had that problem. You may also want to check your data cable. Sometimes they may seem fine, and charge, but they will not transfer info. Good luck solving your problems!
