How can I reconnect my Apple Pencil 2nd Gen after it stopped working?

I have had the Apple pencil second generation for some time now. Yesterday it stopped working mid-writing and I tried to pair it again but it wouldn't work. Since that incident, it does not appear in my Bluetooth anymore.
