HomePod Mini And playlist without Phone or Wifi

My mother is in hospice end of life Care and I would like to be able play soothing music for her when I’m not there. That would mean establishing a playlist that could continuously cycle on the HomePod mini without Wi-Fi or a phone nearby. Can this be done?
