I did the membership with Snapchat premium that is 14.99$ and it’s due on the 18th of every month and they are trying to charge me 16.00$ which is strange since they don’t have that membership and they are trying to charge me 3 days before it is due again

Snapchat isn't an Apple app or issue, you'll need to get in touch with them and ask why.
Why is Snapchat trying to charge me more than my membership fee?
