how do i recover my icloud from my lost iPhone and I have a new phone number

Hello my name is Fortune and I am having some trouble logging into my iCloud account from my previous iPhone but I lost it and a had changed to a new line any way I can still recover that account?

You need to be a lot more specific about the problem, such as error messages you are seeing. You should be able to simply log in on any device using your ID. If you have forgotten some of that then you need to tell us that.
