How to fix Apple Music Sign-In glitches on Laptop?

I am trying to sign in to Apple Music on my laptop. I had no issues beforehand and it's actually driving me crazy. I'm a writer and music helps a lot with the process. But for some reason, whenever I try to sign in, it glitches and won't sign me in.

Not a "You don't have an account" type of deal. But the sign in bubble just... disappears and it wont sign in.
