Can I still make a refund if the pick up keeps delay over 14 refund days?

I have initiated a refund request, but there is nobody comes to pick up the item on the pick up date that I selected.

It has been almost 6 days ago

Is it still available to make a refund if the pick up keeps delay till over 14 days refund days?
