I have two iPhones and 2 watches, is there any way to just use 1 watch for both?

For the first time, I have a work iPhone and a personal iPhone. What do users do in the situation when 1 iWatch will not connect to both phones simultaneously? I have 2 available iWatches and am not against wearing them both, but what is out there to accommodate this besides the obvious?
