Hi, unfortunately my son got cheated by a stranger with whom he was playing online. My son provided my mobile number and the code that was received via message. There were three unauthorized payments for apple sales. Is there way to clay back the money for the purchases.

You’ll have to work through your bank or issuer of the credit or debit card used for the payment. If the bank authorized the transaction, the merchant can’t affect any changes. The number for the bank should be printed on the back of the card.
This was not a bank payment. It was a payment through the mobile number. I already contacted the mobile operator and they advised to contact Apple store.
