When you start receiving your statements by U.S. Mail it always means something is wrong with your profile and Apple/Goldman Sachs is unable to send the statements to your Wallet which is the default.
None of us here are Apple, just users like yourself, and we can’t do anything to help you because we don't have access to your account. Only Apple does.

FYI, receiving a statement via postal mail is NOT “normal.” 🤔

I’ve called Goldman Sachs at least three times to stop getting snail mail statements, no joy. It is especially annoying when the statements say I owe $0.00. What a waste of money and time for them.
Federal law requires that you’re sent a monthly statement every month. Do you not use your email address associated with your Apple ID? That is the email of record for communications.
Of course I do
My email bounces when GS tries to send. I used the same email ID for Apple since the 90’s. It’s a valid email address but GS doesn’t seem to want to investigate why it bounces when the try to send .
