It says I’ve have been refunded don’t see nothing in my bank account

I have requested for a refunded for 3items and they it say the money was refunded and I didn’t see it in my account from October 28,2023

I don’t see my refund either in my bank so not sure who to contact as ive been waiting since 3 weeks now

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

its says I got refunded but haven’t received anything in bank

Once it says refunded, that indicates the transfer of funds has started. The transfer process generally takes 5 to 7 business days. Sometimes it’s quicker and it can take longer.

Refunds are generally completed in 5 to 7 business days, occasionally a little longer.

It says refunded but I haven’t received any message or email or nothing in my bank account. Am i getting scammed ?

What country are you in and what payment method was used?

Did you get your refund yet?

if yes then how many days it takes?

How can I see my refund amount?? Kindly help me
