If the steps did not work for you then the provider of the tickets does not allow transferring them to another device.

Please read the solutions I posted above. If you’re following the steps as I outlined and there is no option to transfer, then the ticket issuer does not permit transfers. The device you want to transfer to, will need to use the QR code or ticket website to download the tickets.
