Apple Wallet launches at transit reader even when ticket is not in Wallet

I don’t know if I can share links but I found an app that lets you add any QR code to wallet.

i just tried it adding my train pass and i could manually add it there, now I just have to try it once i get to the train station.

just put generic as the type when adding it.

the app is called pass2u wallet.

Try selecting the transit card, then switch it back to none. You might also want to try a forced restart.

Do you have an Express Transit card in your Apple Wallet?

Pass2U doesn’t work for transit cards. The transit cards use NFC, not a barcode or QR code.

where I’m from transit cards are just QR codes.

they said they’re trying to use QR code, not NFC.

He just needs to change settings, why add another app to complicate matters.
