I am unable to save new Numbers documents on my iPhone

I’ve had the numbers app on my iPhone for years and created many spreadsheets but they all seem to have disappeared and if I try to create a new one it says no location available to save document?

my phone has loads of iCloud storage and this had been working fine last week when I last looked.

Hi, Moylem!

Do the files appear on any other devices, or have they been completely erased from your iCloud Drive? Can you save anything else to your iCloud Drive from your iPhone, such as Pages documents, or does the same error occur?

Try updating your iPhone:

Open Settings
Tap General > Software Update
Install any available updates

You can also try uninstalling Numbers and reinstalling it again.
