When switch vpn on MacBook M1 Pro on macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 it always send and receive quintillion packets, looks like huge ddos attack, so I reinstall macOS and this happens again

Unless you're using a true VPN tunnel, such as between you and your employer's, school's or bank's servers, they provide false security from a privacy standpoint. That's obviously not possible. It's just a bug, most likely with the VPN.
I use Cloudflare Warp it looks legit vpn
