Im on iPhone XS Max and i recently bought NFS most wanted, but whenever i try launching the game it crashes. can i please get some help.

First try restarting or force restarting the device - Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If it persists and it's just that app, I'd ask the developer - How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

basel ~ "NFS most wanted" certainly is a demanding game, as all high frame rate apps are. Your aging, original battery at 76% health is weak and probably causing the crashes.
Apple recommends having the battery replaced at around 80% – so do that soon before the battery depletes completely and your iPhone is 'bricked':
