Is there an alternative to slide bar for fast-forwarding or rewinding in Apple Music?

When I play music in the Apple Music app, there is a slide bar but no fast-forward or rewind buttons. I listen to a lot books, especially in the car, so a slide bar is not a good option. Is there any other way to fast-forward or rewind a few seconds?
