Downloading from icloud I get low resolution videos

I connect to icloud through my PC Chrome browser, and when I download a video I choose the option "unmodified originals".

The video is down loaded in low resolution (file size 60MB instead of 220MB) 720p instead of 1080p. Any idea how to solve it?
